Our new project starts today! Riverside Advice and Speakeasy Advice Centre are running a new generalist project to provide free, confidential advice and help in Cardiff city centre.

There are drop in sessions Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 12:00 at 71 Bridge Street, Cardiff (Trading Standards office, opposite Jobcentre Plus).

Cardiff Citizens' Advice Bureau closed at the end of October. This BBC News article has more information. Riverside Advice is struggling to cope with the extra demand, but we will do our best to enable that people in Cardiff continue to have access to quality specialist advice services. If you need our help, please get in touch with us.

Vale of Glamorgan Citizens' Advice Bureau is running drop-in sessions for generalist advice in Ely, Llanrumney, Llanedeyrn and St. Mellons. Contact them for more details.

Update 9 January 2012 details of the drop-in services in Cardiff offered by Vale of Glamorgan CAB are now available on their website.

Attention all families in Ely and Caerau - our new welfare rights project is up and running.  You can get an appointment at one of our outreach sessions in Ely, so there is no need to come all the way into town for help and advice.  If you would like help with benefits or money problems, including specialist advice, give us a call to make an appointment.

We are pleased to announce our new project funded by the British Gas Energy Trust.  We are now able to offer advice on money, debts, energy efficiency and reducing energy bills to British Gas customers in addition to our existing debt, budgeting and money advice services.
